    French or runner beans can be livened by cooking then plunging into cold water.  Cut into smaller pieces if you like then dress with a blend of olive oil, pesto and seasoning then top with shavings of parmesan.  This usually is eaten kinda warm, just after cooking them, but I'm sure it would be nice hot or cold too.	<![CDATA[]]>
