    If you’ve got a load of vegetables to use up then a stir-fry is the best way of putting a whole load of different things in together. I like including beans, cauliflower, broccoli and onions, with some chicken strips as well if you’re not a Vegie! Just brown them off nicely in a wok with sesame oil and then add some sweet chilli sauce or some peanut butter. Just stir in and add some coconut milk if the peanut butter is a bit dry.
