    Great quick recipe for Asparagus. Just steam or boil your asparagus until nice and tender and then mix in with a creamy mustard dip – about 3 tablespoons of mayo, 2 of sour cream and then 2 more of English mustard. You can add a few herbs on top and then just steam them in together or dip the tips!
