    Where’s the best place to store potatoes to stop them sprouting?

    Well somewhere dark, obviously, but they need to have plenty of fresh air as well so if you’ve got a cellar that would be best. If you just put them in a cupboard they will quickly sprout and go bad. Temperature is important as well, so keep it at around 7-10 degrees and they should be fine for a few weeks. If you need to keep them longer then you’ll need to invest in some sort of temperature control – Hope that helps!
