    Does anyone have any unusual recipes for using up raspberries? We have so many we are running out of ideas!

    Try raspberry and coconut punch. Just mix together about a pint of coconut milk with about 50ml of rum. Then liquidise your raspberries together to form a puree. Mix together the coconut milk with some sugar cane and then add the puree and the rest into a ****tail shaker and shake together and serve...
     
    Freeze the raspberries loose and store in freezer. Melt some white chocolate and add a little runny cream to slacken the mixture. Serve frozen raspberries with warm white choc sauce as quick pudding! Yummy!
