If your courgettes grow too big - peel one and cut in half. brown some onion, equal amounts of beef mince and pork sausagemeat, add some oregano (fresh is easy to grow in a pot) tin of tomatoes and big dollop of tomato puree. a bit of beef stock and some boiled red Camargue rice. Stuff giant courgette with mixture and stick in oven for 15 mins.
