if you have toomany raspberries to contend with, try making a raspberry and peach crumble, using equal amounts of both fruits. Chunk the peaches quite big, with or without the skin on, depending on your preferance. i half cook the peaches in a little water beforehand as they take longer to cook than the raspberries. DELICIOUS!!!
