i have a great maranade for chickin potions on a BBQ. or you can cook in the oven but taste better on BBQ. get a full tube of garlic pure, and a full bottle of jif lemon, mix both in a bowl and soak the chicken thighs or legs overnight. then simply take the chicken out of the marande and cook on BBQ or in oven make sure you keep the skin on as this is the best bit my wife calls it orgasminc chicken (the kids ask why is it organic) LOL
