    Where did Jamie get his bean parer or special implement to take off the outside skin on broad beans. I don't seem to have much luck with the local ironmonger !! Have enjoyed the programme !! Kind regards

    I think it looks like the one from Lakeland. I prefer to use a knife so cannot say if it actually works as well as it looked on the programme!
