IF you have NO space, hang a hanging basket in the kitchen window. So far I've managed to cultivate mixed lettuce leaves, basil, parsley and mint. Rotate the basket weekly and it keeps happy and the mint goes crazy. Cut tips off the mint regularly and keep in a bottle of water in the fridge. Helps you drink more and you'll have scrummy herbs for your gastronomic inventions.
