Delicious corn on the cob: Remove all of the husk and silk and give a good wash,rub a very generous amount of butter around the corn and sprinkle with crushed chilli, salt & pepper. Wrap a damp paper towel around the corn and then wrap this in aluminium. Bbq or cook in oven for 20-25 minutes. The damp paper towel keeps the corn moist so it's always nice and juicy and cooked to perfection.
