    Saute some chopped garlic and cumin seeds (course ground dry red chillies) in olive oil until browned, add chopped green beans, salt, and a chopped tomato or two. Cover on low heat for ten mins or so(or until water evaporates), give it a last sizzle on high heat and serve with any bread or rice.
