    make a healthy lasagne- roast butternut squash, peppers,courgettes in good olive oil. layer with homemade tomato sauce(good toms, reduced down with a bit of water, tom puree, wine vinegar and a touch of sugar) layer with veg. top with a small amopunt of cheese/creme freche. yum- and no thick white sauce!!
