    Make great, healthy(ish!) chips with a bite... take a few baking potatos (roughly 1-1.5 per person) and chop into chip-shaped pieces. Tip into a baking tray. Add some squished garlic bulbs, 4 or 5 tablespoons of chile oil (yum!), generous pinch of sea salt and a few sprigs of fresh rosemary. Get your hands dirty and mix them all up. Cook in oven at 200C for 20 mins, take them out and give them another mix-up, then back in for another 20 mins. Gorj!
