make a great simple salad by using watercress spinach and rocket leaves. small cubes of cumcumber slices of avacado. and broken up walnuts! finished with a simple fench dressing of olive oil, balsamic vinager, wholegrain mustard, 1 garlic clove whole and S & P! crunchy, crispy and soft! very yummy!
