    to keep your herbs fresh for upto 2 to 3 weeks , especially coriander leaves, parsley etc and also green chillies , keep them in a stainless steel container with the lid on and keep it in the fridge. make sure there is no water at all in the container. after 3 or 4 days if u see any vapour inside the container wipe it with a kitchen towel. the herbs and chillies will keep fresh for 2 to 3 weeks.
