If kids are fussy about not eating FRUIT then try a lovley fruit salad, it doesnt take long to prepare at all,, all you need is:(example)necterien,apple,grapes,pear (your choise). i and am sure they will like it because i am a kid aswell and i used to be fussy and now i like fruit. So give it a go.
