wild mushrooms with a twist.put a good lug of sesame oil in a pan,cook mushrooms till they start to turn brown then add some ginger and sweet red peppers.cook till soft.then add chillies ( 3 red.chopped) garlic(2 cloves chopped) spring onions( about 4 with the green stalks)roughly sliced cook for 5 mins then add a good knob of butter.put bread in toaster,when toast is done,serve mushrooms on the toast with juice.enjoy!
