    Has anyone made the cherry tomato and sausage bake? I'm making it tonight, but not sure whether the skins on the tomatoes should be removed. Do I need to take the skins off the tomatoes, and if so any recommendations on how?

    you could boil the toms up for a bit until the skins split and then just pull em off. they will come off quite easily. But a probily easier meathod in this case is to bake the toms for a little befor you add the sausages. Same deal, wait for the skins to split then just pull em off with your fingers real quike, they will be hot as f$%*.
