    what did jamie use when he was makin classic mince pies on his christmas show?

    If I remember rightly he used puff pastry for the actual mince 'roll', then used filo to cover the trays before placing the 'roll' into it. Definately two different pastries!
    I'm going to try it this afternoon and I'll let you know how it went!
