    I love crisp, blanched asparagus. Warm or cold. Snap ends off asparagus, rinse in cold water. I usually do the entire bunch at one time. Place in plastic gallon size bag and place in microwave 2 to 3 minutes on high. Remove and rinse in cold water to stop the cooking. place in serving dish or keep in bag in fridge to serve cold. Ok I admit it I snack them. They are great.
