    For great potatoes dice some good quality new pots and boil them for about ten minutes. Drain them and place them on a baking tray with full, un-pealed garlic cloves and loads of DRIED rosemary plus salt and pepper. Roast them on a fairly high heat for about half an hour and there you go!
