I have recently purchased half of a boar and would appreciate any ideas for roastin a leg and for casseroles. The last time I roasted a leg I marinaded it for 3 days in Red wine,carrots ,onions and cloves.Then slowly cooked it until just showing pink in the middle. many thanks cremeanglaise
