    breakfast with a difference: some rolled oats (ones you can really taste the difference are nice!), a sprinkle of sunflower seeds, a sprinkle of pumpkin seeds, a sprinkle of sultanas, a dollop of organic plain or fruit yoghurt (i like rachels organic rhubarb) yum yum yum
