there's no secret to quiche.a good butter and lard shortcrust pastry,a good half whole egg and half yolk and single cream savoury custard,fresh herbs and ingredients of choice.roast peppers and onions,feta and chopped sunblush tomatoes wi oregano,roast smoked salmon and dill(replace 1/2 cream(or milk if using in place of cream)with creme fraiche,sour cream)basically it's about good ingredients and not over cooking.serve at room temp
