    BROAD BEANS WITH YOGHURT.add a glug of olive oil,beans,lemon juice and dill to a frying pan cook for a few mins then add 450ml water simmer until tender drain and leave to cool. mix together 175ml natural yoghurt &2 cloves chopped garlic, mix & season to taste.put beans in serving dish & pour yoghurt mix over beans & coat well.This goes down well with bbq's -quick simple and different
